Now because I fail at sending car files, the car showed up as a generic. But I still want to say thanks to conrail1990 for recording the clips for me, because my computer just sucks. lol. T.S.P. - "Only One" at 2003 Comeback Concert TSP 4 mn - 20 août 2008

NEW YORK (CNN) -- A judge has ordered the government to provide a doctor for a Pakistani woman accused of shooting at U.S. officers while in Afghan custody last month.
Aafia Siddiqui, who was shot at least once in the July 18 incident, was in a wheelchair for her detention hearing Monday in Manhattan. Her attorney, Elizabeth Fink, said she and prosecutors had agreed to waive the bail hearing and focus instead on seeking specialized medical attention for her client.
Prosecutors said Siddiqui, 36, had received some medical attention since coming to the United States, but had not been seen by a medical doctor.
U.S. Magistrate Judge Henry Pitman ordered Siddiqui be seen by a doctor within 24 hours, since it appeared she had "non-trivial medical issues."
The prosecution expressed concern over this, saying they consider her to be a "high security risk."
Officials contend the American-educated neuroscientist is a member of al Qaeda. If convicted, she would face a maximum sentence of 20 years each on charges of attempted murder and assault.
Siddiqui, who did not speak during the hearing, is scheduled to appear at a preliminary hearing September 3.
Elaine Whitfield Sharp, who has been representing Siddiqui's family for more than five years, told reporters outside the courthouse Monday that Siddiqui told her she feared she was bleeding internally, and has 6 to 10 inches of stitches on her abdomen from surgery after she was shot.
She was extradited to the United States earlier this month, after she allegedly shot at two FBI special agents, a U.S. Army warrant officer, an Army captain and military interpreters while she was being held unsecured at an Afghan facility.
Authorities said Siddiqui was behind a curtain and fired two shots at the personnel with an officer's rifle, hitting no one. The warrant officer returned fire with a pistol, hitting Siddiqui at least once.
Afghan police had arrested Siddiqui a day earlier outside the Ghazni governor's compound after finding bomb-making instructions, excerpts from the "Anarchist's Arsenal," papers with descriptions of U.S. landmarks and substances sealed in bottles and glass jars, U.S. officials said Monday.
According to Amnesty International, Siddiqui and her three small children were reported apprehended in Karachi, Pakistan, in March 2003 after the FBI issued an alert requesting information about her location earlier that month. Her whereabouts since that time have been the source of much speculation RWA - The Solution vs. Damage Inc. Trampoline Match (2 of 2) onjipfonik 9 mn - 20 août 2008

About Her
"Daw Aung San Suu Kyi (pronounced Daw Aung Sawn Sue Chee) is one of the world's most renown freedom fighters and advocates of nonviolence, having served as the figurehead for Burma's struggle for democracy since 1988. Born on June 19th, 1945 to Burma's independence hero, Aung San, Aung San Suu Kyi was educated in Burma, India, and the United Kingdom. Her father was assassinated when she was only two years old.
In 1988, while living in London, she returned to Burma to nurse her dying mother, and was plunged into the country's nationwide uprising that had just begun. Joining the newly-forming National League for Democracy political party, Aung San Suu Kyi gave numerous speeches calling for freedom and democracy. The military regime responded to the uprising with brute force, shooting and otherwise killing up to 10,000 demonstrators, students, women, children, and others in a mater of months. Unable to maintain its grip on power, the regime was forced to call for a general election in 1990.
Aung San Suu Kyi
As Aung San Suu Kyi began to campaign for the NLD, she and many others were detained by the regime. Despite being held under house arrest, the NLD went on to win a staggering 82% of the seats in parliament. The regime never recognized the results.
Aung San Suu Kyi has been in and out of arrest ever since. She was held from 1989-1995, and again from 2000-2002. She was again arrested and placed behind bars in May 2003 after the Depayin massacre, during which her envoy was attacked and up to 100 of her supporters were beaten to death by the regime's cronies. She has moved from prison back into house arrest in late 2003 and has been held there ever since.
She has won numerous international awards, including the Nobel Peace Prize, Sakharov Prize from the European Parliament, United States Presidential Medal of Freedom, and Jawaharlal Nehru Award from India. She has called on people around the world to join the struggle for freedom in Burma, saying 'Please use your liberty to promote ours.'" Weymouth Skittles Tour 2003 rugbymadboxer 3 mn - 20 août 2008
