Henry Lewis Stimson (2 septembre 1867, 20 octobre 1950) était un politicien des États-Unis. Il fut secrétaire d'État sous l'administration Hoover de 1929 à 1933, secrétaire de la Guerre et gouverneur général des Philippines.

Durant la Seconde Guerre mondiale, il fut favorable à l'utilisation de la bombe atomique contre le Japon mais s'opposa farouchement à la destruction de la ville de Ky?to; une cité qu'il affectionnait tout particulièrement mais qui était en premier sur la liste noire de l'état-major.
