Le Comté de Centre est un comté américain de l'État de Pennsylvanie. Au recensement de 2000, le comté comptait 135 758 habitants. Il a été créé le 13 février 1800, à partir des comtés de Huntingdon, de Lycoming, de Mifflin et de Northumberland. Son nom provient de sa position centrale dans l'État. Le siège du comté se situe à Bellefonte.
Le comté de Centre fait partie de la région métropolitaine de State College.
